Leaders want to understand and motivate those they lead but may feel intimidated by the complex history and culture of Latinos in America. Native-born and immigrant...newly arrived and in the country since before there was a United States, Spanish-speaking, bilingual, English-dominant, with roots in countries running from Mexico all the way to the tip of South America...it’s a lot to master!
